What this site is

Rate Your Judge Colorado is an independent public project. It lets people share their own experience of a judge or prosecutor in a Colorado courtroom. It is not part of the State of Colorado, its courts or any commission, and it gives no legal advice.

What you agree to when you rate

• You were really there and you are describing your own experience.
• You write facts and behavior you saw, not insults, threats, rumors or guesses about why someone did something.
• You do not post private details: names of minors, victims, case numbers, addresses, or anything sealed or confidential.
• You rate a person once per hearing and do not try to rig results with extra phones or help from others.
• You are 18 or older.

What we do with comments

• A human moderator reads every comment before it is public, and may refuse, shorten or remove it.
• Scores and comments are opinions of the people who wrote them, not statements by this project.
• We may remove anything that breaks these rules, and may block abuse of the site.

Limits

The site is a pilot and is provided as it is, without promises that it is always available or that every score is accurate. Do not use it to decide a legal matter.
